What are the steps to follow for completing transfer details?

Transfer service - covers your transportation needs from the airport to your Romanian destination places (hotels, business meetings etc.) and/ or back to airport. The service is more than sum of its composed elements which are: the booking system, operator, cars and drivers.

You will find a lot of transfer options for the most common destinations, if your need doesn't match with our offer please contact us.

You can see that you have two possibilities for reaching to the transfers service, you can select transfers from the list on the left or you can click book now, after you have read our little statement about transfers.

Step 1: You will see an interactive dialog box like the one bellow. You have to complete your transfer details:

    From: select the place from where you want to be transfer (usually the  airport)

    To: select the destination place (usually downtown hotels)

    Date: select the date when you want the transfer to have place

    Passengers: select the number of passengers. If you are traveling with children, after you have selected the number of adults passengers, select the number of children passengers, if you don't travel with children let this item in the default. Children  have  discounts!

After you have completing selecting all these you have to click on the BOOK NOW button.

When you are completing these details you send us details about your transfer and the number of passengers, automatically our booking  system will  check the availability for selected transfer and will generate the options  list sort by prices.

Step 2: Select your desired  transfer service, and then click BOOK NOW.

    Case  1   Available.

        Our system will lead you directly to the Billing  Details

    Case  2  Available on  request

    Your request will be processed  in our Request Processing Centre.

Step 3: Complete your details in the interactive boxes, and after you have read and accept our booking conditions click proceed to payment.

For payment you have two options:

     Full amount: you are paying all the money from the beginning. It is an easy and  safe  way, you'll save  your time.

    Pay at destination: you are paying the money  after we  provide the  service.

When you are completing these details you send us details about travel, passenger and billing details.

The information provided by you for paying, meaning card number, password, and other details about the card, are 100% secure, being protected by 3D secured payment services RomCard. The window open will be similar to the one below.

After you've been completing all this steps, you will receive an e-mail from our part with the confirmation.
